All data is gathered as a result of having created an account on our website or having placed an order. We use all personal data for certain legitimate business purposes, for example we may ask you for your name, address, phone number and email in order to tell you about new products and to send you marketing communications. We will consider you a 'customer' for 24-months since the date of your last order, if you do not order within 24-months you will be removed from our marketing service.

You can opt out of these messages at any time by going to your online account or by contacting our team directly.


How do you use my data?

We use your data in order to process your order that you have placed via our website. We occasionally send marketing emails which we feel directly relate to your interests as a customer, such as new stock and product launches. We do not use your personal data for any other purpose other than to complete the order and to inform you of new stock. For those who have opted-in to receive contact from our website we use a 3rd party service called MailChimp; our mailing list is closely monitored against our customers preference.

How long will you keep my data?

We usually hold on to your data if you are a customer for as long as is necessary to give you the services you are using. If you do not use Gabi Gabi website for over 24 months then your account may be classified as inactive and may be deleted.

Whilst we are in possession of or processing your personal data you have the rights to the following:

- The right to request your information be deleted from our system
