Delivery

Every GABI frame is dispatched from London within 3 working days.

Delivery times from dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 3–5 working days

• Europe: 5–7 working days

• Rest of World: 10–21 working days

If there is any delay, we will contact you directly.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duty and tax on arrival. These charges are determined independently by your local customs authority — GABI has no control over them. We recommend checking with your local postal service if you are unsure about charges in your country.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, and purchased directly from gabi-eyewear.com. Frames purchased with a discount or promotional code are not eligible for return. To start a return, contact returns@gabi-eyewear.com.

Your Data

We collect only what we need — name, address, email and phone number — to process your order and keep you informed. We do not store card details. We do not share your data with third parties. To unsubscribe from GABI communications, email hello@gabi-eyewear.com.
